Bodyshop Alliance is a collection of high performance bodyshops that strives to make the most of all available resources. Greater output through the same resource has a profound effect on the member's carbon footprint as fewer energy resources are used per vehicle repair. In addition, dealing with fewer vehicles on site at once has a positive effect on greenhouse gas production because vehicles are not continually moved around carparks and workshops unnecessarily.

The Lean-flow system allows bodyshops to apply greater focus to fewer vehicles in the system at a time and the end result is fewer mistakes and fewer re-works, again having a positive effect on the VOC emissions.

Bodyshop Alliance is also in the process of developing solutions for the avoidance total loss cases and for the increased use of re-cycled parts.
